What about the Top client flag?

While adding a customer to your customer database, there are plenty of fields that you can edit: from his telephone number to all his social and chat addresses. However, there’s a little flag that can really mean all the difference in the world in your relationship with that client: it’s the Top Client flag that you can find just on the right of the email address field.

The Top client flag determines if the client needs a special treatment that you can specifically configure just to suit his needs. Top clients have their own unique place at the left of your agents dashboard, and you can also configure a different management team, different SLA and different workflows, just for them.
