How to create a new knowledge base area

You can classify Knowledge base solutions into Areas.

To create Knowledge base areas:

  1. Login to Deskero dashboard and navigate to Settings → Knowledge Base → Areas
  2. Under the page All knowledge base Areas, click the button + New Knowledge base Area that appears on the right. 
  3. Enter the Area name and select a type from Text/Download. 
  4. Select the group name under which you want to place the new Area. 
  5. You may need to edit the title and description for Search engine meta tags.
  6. Review the Knowledge base Area details and Click on Confirm
