You can classify Knowledge base solutions into Areas.
To create Knowledge base areas:
- Login to Deskero dashboard and navigate to Settings → Knowledge Base → Areas
- Under the page All knowledge base Areas, click the button + New Knowledge base Area that appears on the right.
- Enter the Area name and select a type from Text/Download.
- Select the group name under which you want to place the new Area.
- You may need to edit the title and description for Search engine meta tags.
- Review the Knowledge base Area details and Click on Confirm
