Featured solutions 171 Views How do I manually insert a ticket into Deskero (as an agent)?

You can manually add a ticket through the menu on your left: just click Tickets, navigate straight to the bottom and select +Add a ticket.  

 

In this way you can help your clients by creating tickets in their place, and then assign it to them. It’s also a good way to add tickets coming from external channels (telephone calls, in person meeting etc.) into the regular workflow, without losing them.



After that you can quickly decide which agent is going to take care of this ticket, but you can also put other agents in cc, to let them know everything about it.
