What can a customer do from the customer portal?
From the customer portal
- Insert a new ticket
- Check the status of all his tickets, reply and manage the tickets.
- Browse knowledge base articles freely, without having signed/logged in, to get self help support and immediate answers to basic problem. (The knowledge base is public only if the admin has decided so while setting up the portal, otherwise it might require the user to register & log in.)
- Rate the knowledge base solutions, using a rating system that goes from 1 to 5 star
- Propose a new Knowledge base solution (that will need to be approved by an agent) by clicking on + Propose a solution on the Knowledge base menu on the left.
