Sharing a knowledge base solution on a social network is a great way to offer "mass customer care": you can publish on twitter or Facebook a solution with a single click, making it available to anyone who might be interested.

Simply browse into Knowledge base, open the solution you are looking for and locate the Share button on the bottom right.
There you can choose the social network: Facebook or Twitter.


A window will open to allow you to decide which account you want to use, in case you have several available: before hitting Confirm you'll be able to edit the text and everything else.

And here it goes: your knowledge base solution is now out there, on Twitter!
