Access and editing individual customer details is easy on Deskero. You can edit individual customer data, merge duplicate profiles and browse through customer history.
Here is how customer details looks like:
View individual customer details. Full name, Email and company details are displayed here. You can use Edit and Merge buttons on customer profile to edit customer details.
- Edit button helps you modify customer details and Merge enables you to merge a particular profile into another.
- Merging accounts is can be done if you find any duplicated profiles. When you merge an account, a primary email address of the merged profile becomes secondary email address(other email).
- History: Click on the tab History to track and check customer history.
- Click on Open to review ticket details.
- You can edit and manage tickets right away as required. Managing tickets is explained here.
