Customers can edit their own tickets by logging into Deskero Dashboard. 

To edit tickets,

  1. Login to your Dashboard and navigate to Tickets All tickets
  2. Find your ticket using the search box and filters. 
  3. Click Open to access the ticket.  
  4. When the ticket opens up, look for the button Edit and click it.
  5. Update the ticket content as you wish and click Confirm to save the changes.
