187 Views Access all chat logs and review chat history

Deskero logs every activity of Live chat enabling administrators(also agents) to access and review chat history. An advanced interface is available in dashboard to deal with logs.

You can review customer conversations to know how your agents performed on chat using All chat logs.

To review the logs, login to Dashboard and navigate to Chat  → All chat logs.

You can see three columns showing chat details like the visitor name and history. You can check user details clicking on the names and review chat history using View.
Logs- explained:
: Review who started the chat and dig into the full details including the location, browser and device etc.
You see the
               agent name if he started chat or customer's name if the conversation is started by the customer.
    To : Shows the other person
    Start date: Check the time and date.
    View: On clicking the button View, you can review the entire conversation.
