The standard URL of your Deskero support page is yourcompany.deskero.com. However, if you use the Power account you can choose a specific name of your choice that better defines your brand.
You can create an alias pointing to your Deskero’s support portal, so that your support portal can be accessed on your own domain support.yoursite.com.
Configuring the custom domain in the Deskero Dashboard:
Once you have configured your DNS settings, follow these steps:
- Login to your Deskero dashboard and navigate to Settings → Public Portal → Portal Informations
- Under the tab Portal Informations, you will find a field External mapped domain specified for Custom domain on the right of your screen. Enter your domain there.
Verify that you entered the correct domain and click Confirm to save the changes.
